2. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the LinkingLook website, accounts, products, subscriptions, software and related services.
By using our services or purchasing a product or subscription, you agree to these Terms.
Where mandatory consumer law applies, those statutory rights prevail over any conflicting provision of these Terms.
3. Our services
LinkingLook provides digital services and functionality as described on our website.
We may update, improve or modify our services from time to time.
Obvious technical, pricing, typographical or other material errors may be corrected.

Certain features may require an account.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate and current information;
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- activity occurring through your account;
- promptly informing us of suspected unauthorised use.
Accounts may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
5. Prices and payments
Applicable prices will be displayed before a purchase or subscription is completed.
VAT and other applicable taxes will be presented in accordance with applicable law.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.
If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorise us or our payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fees according to the stated billing cycle until the subscription is validly cancelled.
6. Subscriptions
Where LinkingLook offers subscriptions, the applicable price, duration and billing frequency are displayed when the subscription is purchased.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions may automatically renew for consecutive periods until cancelled through the available cancellation mechanism.
7. Consumer right of withdrawal
Consumers entering into a distance contract may, where applicable, have a statutory right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period is generally 14 days, unless a statutory exception applies. Specific rules apply to digital content and digital services, including situations where performance starts during the withdrawal period at the consumer's express request.
Where applicable, we will provide the required information concerning:
- whether a withdrawal right applies;
- when the withdrawal period starts;
- how the right may be exercised;
- any applicable exception or loss of the withdrawal right.
Withdrawal requests may be sent to hello@linkinglook.com.
8. Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled using the cancellation options available through your account or our website.
Cancellation generally takes effect for future subscription periods unless applicable law or specific subscription conditions require otherwise.

- infringe third-party rights;
- distribute malware or harmful code;
- gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems;
- intentionally disrupt or overload our services;

We may restrict or suspend access in the event of serious or repeated misuse, subject to applicable law.
10. Intellectual property
The LinkingLook website, software, design, trade names, trademarks, text, graphics and other materials are protected by intellectual property rights belonging to TIVERDO BV or its licensors unless otherwise indicated.
Using LinkingLook does not transfer ownership of such rights to you.
We grant you only a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the services in accordance with these Terms.
11. User content
Where you upload information, images, documents or other material, you generally retain your rights in that content.
To the extent necessary to provide the requested services, you grant us permission to technically process, host, reproduce and display that content.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to use and upload such content.
12. Third-party services
LinkingLook may integrate with third-party services.
Your use of those services may also be subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policies.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party services.
13. Availability
We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee that LinkingLook will always operate without interruption or errors.
Maintenance, security requirements, technical failures and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary interruptions.
14. Liability
We remain liable where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
15. Indemnification
If you use LinkingLook for business purposes, you are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful use of the services or your infringement of third-party rights.
This clause does not limit mandatory consumer protections.
16. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where:
- these Terms are materially breached;
- the services are used unlawfully;
- overdue payments remain unpaid;
- suspension is reasonably necessary for security or fraud prevention;
- we are legally required to do so.
Where reasonable and legally required, we will provide appropriate notice.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary because of changes to our services, technology or applicable laws.
The latest version will be published on our website.
Where legally required, material changes affecting ongoing agreements will be communicated in advance.
