Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Linking Look, a brand of Tiverdo, registered in Belgium with VAT number BE0725 593 454, located at Hoogstraat 46, 9820 Merelbeke, Belgium. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

  • “Linking Look”, “we”, “us”: refers to Tiverdo, operating under the brand Linking Look.

  • “Client”, “you”: refers to any natural or legal person who purchases or uses our services.

  • “Services”: includes all digital marketing services, consulting, design, content creation, SEO, and other related offerings provided by Linking Look.

2. Scope of Services

The scope of work is agreed upon in writing via a proposal, quote, or contract. Any change requests must be confirmed in writing and may affect timelines and pricing.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in euros (€), excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issue, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may incur interest (8% per annum) and a fixed administrative fee of €40.

  • Services may be suspended in case of non-payment.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All materials (graphics, content, campaigns) created by Linking Look remain our property until full payment has been received.

  • After full payment, the client obtains a non-exclusive license for use unless otherwise agreed.

  • Linking Look reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide timely access to all required information, materials, or personnel.

  • Review and approve deliverables promptly.

  • Respect deadlines for feedback or approvals to avoid project delays.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all business-sensitive information received during the collaboration as strictly confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

7. Liability

  • Linking Look commits to delivering services with professional care.

  • We are not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of income, brand reputation, or third-party claims.

  • Any liability is limited to the amount invoiced and paid for the relevant part of the service.

8. Subcontracting

We reserve the right to engage third-party subcontractors or freelancers to fulfill parts of the agreed services, provided the quality and confidentiality of the work are maintained.

9. Cancellation & Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement in writing with 30 days' notice.

  • Work already completed will be invoiced proportionally.

  • Immediate termination may occur in case of breach of contract, non-payment, or unlawful behavior.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, internet outages, strikes, or legal restrictions).

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ghent, Belgium, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Final Provisions

  • If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

  • We may update these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.

  • By continuing to use our services after any updates, you accept the revised terms.
